We produce
safest and most efficient medicines because of precise laboratory in
struments as follows:
Control laboratories
Each
product is controlled during at three levels:
a-Raw materials of
packaging materials.
b-In-process.
c-Final product.
Control LAB have an important role in pharmaceutical
industries because products should be according to international
drug standard.
For these purpose samples of all materials are
analysed before use, to make sure of optimal effectivity of them.
Various stages of weighing, production, press,
filling, packing and visual control of products are controled by
this Lab’s staff, which also perform sampling, process control and
approcal of packing.
Control
Lab’s have several divisions including:
-Physicochemical control
-Microbiology control
-Pharmacology control
-Research and formulation Lab
-Physico
chemical control:
In the chemistry
Lab, tests on raw material, intermediate products are performed
using intruments mentioned in table.
In the physic
Lab, physical characteris tics of materials are tested using
instruments reflected in table 2.
-Microbiology
lab:
In this Lab
microbial controls as well as quantification of microorganisms in
primary substances and finished products are perfomed. Some
substances, syrup and non sterile drops should be checked for
microbial contaminations and the Lab should determine the
permissible quantity of microbes in each of these. Injectable
ampoules are checked for sterility using specific and appropriate
culture media. The main instruments, weich are applied in this Lab
are showed ion table 4.
-Pharmacology
Lab:
Previously
rabbits were used to check injectable solution for contamination and
assuring Non-pyrcgenicity of them but after reviews in pharmacopoeia
lal kits would be used for this purpose.
-Research
and formulation Lab:
Lab samples of
all products of the company are made and modified in this Lab. This
Lab’s staff also devises production methods of industrial batches
and resolving their difficulties.
